Lavender Weddings and Retreat

Keys Creek Lavender Farm is a slice of country heaven that is unique unto itself.

Our quaint, rustic location offers your guests plenty of room to spread out and explore. The ambiance at the poolside event area is perfect to entertain. It feels like its a world away, yet its location in northeast San Diego is only about an hour away from Orange County or downtown San Diego.

The property offers a wide range of possibilities for a number of event types. Weddings, birthdays, private parties, classes, workshops, and retreats. In addition to the main event areas there is the barn/bridal suite with private bathroom, a large wrap around veranda, a 1800 sq ft cobblestone patio with fireplace, 2 barbecues, a pizza oven and two more restrooms. Rental of property may include labyrinth, tea house and private patio depending on time of year and/or availability (additional fee may apply).

What is your rental fee?

We offer a wide variety of wedding packages that vary from complete bridal packages to our Venue Only rental. The rental fee is based on each person’s individual needs. For specific prices for your special day, we recommend a bridal consultation at our Farm. We offer a picturesque locale, plentiful parking and a rural location that allows for great celebrations. Are Rentals Included?

The rental price for the property does include tables and chairs. Since each event is individually styled, you provide the linens of your choice. There are a number of packages that you can choose from and almost all of them include rental options. You can pick and choose the items you'd like to supply, or tell us what you want. Or, we'll help pick and place; it's just that simple. Pick your pattern and flatware, tables and colors and tell us how you want it set up. From tent rentals to chafing dishes we handle it all. You want it handled? We “handle it.” Service level pricing.

What is Service Level pricing?

This simply means that there are many options from which to choose. The price depends on how grand your designs.

Do you have an Event Coordinator?

While many of our clients have their own personal Event Coordinator, we highly recommend our wedding coordinator and stylist to create your unique look. The difference between a coordinator and stylist is that the stylist adds an additional service in creating the look and feel of your dream wedding. Either way, the event coordinator is your link to our property. If contracted, our event coordinator will handle anything or everything depending on your needs. Assistance in choosing a dress, creating the menu, coordinating the caterer, printing and mailing invitations, coordinating RSVP's and seating charts, flower arrangements, rentals, transportation, travel, lodging, event logistics and more. Can you help with an Officiant?

We know a number of officiants to meet your needs. All faiths. Honorarium requested per event.

What about Catering?

You may choose from our list of Preferred Vendors who provide catering services or you may bring your own caterer. We require all service providers to be professional, licensed and insured. Copies of worker’s comp insurance is mandatory for all events held at Keys Creek Lavender Farm.

Need a Photographer?

Our award winning photography team is professional and creative in making your wedding photography unique. Being familiar with the property, they know how to make your wedding photographs look and feel personal and bring out your individuality in every shot. You are welcome to bring your own photographer or choose from our Preferred Vendor list.

I need a wedding cake. Can you help?

Absolutely. Stunning designs, colors and presentation. The Artisan Series are out of this world but even the budget cakes are fabulous. We also have our own “In House” designer and baker. Free consultation. Service level pricing.

What staff is provided?

Included in the rental price is a staff member who will be on site and available during the time of your event. We also offer staffing service options to meet your every need including wait staff, hostess, valet and concierge. The staff will be trained to answers questions specific to your event. Do you provide Wedding Favors?

Absolutely! We can customize our lavender sachets, soaps and more with your names and date, the possibilities are endless.

Do you REQUIRE AN INSURANCE POLICY?

Liability insurance in the amount of $1M dollars is required for all events at Keys Creek Lavender Farm. We can refer you to underwriters who offer this insurance for about $350.
